Overall, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act represents the largest one-time reduction in the corporate tax rate in U.S. history, from 35 percent down to 21 percent. The bill also lowers taxes for the [vast] majority of Americans, as well as small-business owners — at least until the cuts expire after eight years. (emphasis added)
However, CBS News disagreed, claiming that it is rather the eighth largest tax cut in history and that it was during Reagan administration in 1981 has the biggest cut at 2.89% of the GDP.
Small-scale businesses, according to President Trump in his 2018 State of the Union, has enjoyed the massive tax cut. To strengthen his claim, he presented before the Congress a small company like Staub Manufacturing that has given out raises to employees and even hired additional people as a consequence of this hefty tax cut received by small businesses.

However, The Washington Post claims that the over 1,500 fired employees cannot be attributed to Trump administration alone. Rather, it was during President Barack Obama that more VA employees were fired than in Trump administration.
Moreover, Trump administration has produced 12 circuit judges, nominated and confirmed by the Senate. As what President Donald Trump said, “Working with the Senate, we are appointing judges who will interpret the Constitution as written, including a great new Supreme Court justice and more circuit court judges than any new administration in the history of our country.” (emphasis added)
